書信。簡單商業書信(一)－韓版流星花園

請大家不要對這些文章抱太多的期待，因為我寫的只是一些很簡單的英文，探索、國家、知識頻道VCD難的xyz軟體補給站都是我們老闆再寫:p，我所寫的角度都是以工廠或是貿易商來回的喔!:)

假設今天收到的一封信:

Dear Sir/Madam

Please send me a copy of your catalogue and price list of growing toys with picture. O'ty: 1000,2000,3000,4000 pcs. So that I could pass to my customers.

那我們可以這樣回:

Dear Great,

Thank you for your email today. I am pleased to enclose a copy of our latest illustrated catalogue. If you have any question or need samples for apporoval, please let us know.

(通常我都會這樣回，然後附上報價表，然後再加張照片就ok了)

其他用句:
1. Thank you for the interest shown in our products in your letter of 30 August.
2. A copy of our illustrated catalogue is enclosed.

客人看了價錢不錯之後，xyz軟體補給站可能會問你以下問題:

Do you have test report? My customer need some samples for apporoval, item#:324 and 234 for 2/pcs.

我們可以這樣回:

Please see the att file of report(EN71). Please kindly provide your own express courier account to deliver the samples. (這邊用via一字也是可以的啦)
