釋放不出來的壓力再加上長時間以同一個姿勢坐在電腦前方,身體好多部位都早已經熟睡。雖然他們渴望被叫醒,但是大腦卻因為畏懼而一直逃避。

它害怕發現身體已經渴望已久的甦醒,其實是因為自己的惰性而一直被再三拖延。它害怕發覺在這段期間,身體的狀況又退步了許多。

此時我開始想:還好我吃素。不然, 健康兩個字早就不知道該怎麼寫了。

雖然腦子裡害怕面對這個甦醒的過程,但是一但自我說服走出第一步之後,其實就會越來越欲罷不能。因為走出第一步之後,xyz資訊工坊發現了:即使會酸、緊、甚至痛,但它都是甦醒的過程之一。在完成之後,思考會更清晰、身心會更輕盈、自己當然也就變得更開心!

每一個側彎,都是一種甦醒。它像是擠海綿一樣,將舊的、髒的血液排出,新鮮的血液才能夠再次流通。

每一個前彎與後彎,都是一種甦醒。它漸漸地將你的脊椎還原到正確的位置。

每一個伸展,都是一種甦醒。它輕輕地按摩著被你遺忘已久的肌肉以及筋骨。

每一個呼吸,都是一種甦醒。深呼吸,將新鮮的空氣吸進你的丹田,再漸漸的將身體裡的廢氣排出。以呼吸的方式,強健五臟六腑。

所以壓力越是大,越是需要放鬆自己來舒緩。不要害怕未來可能會發生的事。眼前見到的只有現在。你心中所畏懼之事,不會在你舒壓、呼吸的時候發生。讓壓力漸漸的隨著廢氣釋放出來。

船到橋頭,自然直。

Pressure, along with long sessions in front of the computer leads to the inconvenient truth: that your body has long been asleep, and needs awakening.  However, the mind keeps procrastinating due to fear.

It fears to realise that it is its own laziness that is depriving the body the fruit and joy of an awakening.  It also fears to find out how much the body has reverted back to its old atrocious state.

This was when one thought came to mind: good thing I'm vegetarian.  If I weren't vegetarian, Lord knows what despicable state I would be in now.

Although the mind fears the process of awakening, once it has been talked into taking the first step, it will start craving for more.  Because it will discover that the process of enduring sourness, tightness, and pain is an inevitable phase of awakening the body.  Only when the process is complete, will the outcome bring a clearer mind, a lighter soul, and a happier you.

Every turn is a process of awakening.  It acts like a sponge, squeezing out the old blood, in order for new, fresh blood to flow into your body.

Every bend is a process of awakening.  It gradually adjusts the spine back in place to its original position.

Every stretch is a process of awakening.  It gently massages the muscles and tendons that have long been neglected.

Every breath is a process of awakening.  Take a deep breath, and bring in fresh air into your body.  And then slowly let out your pressure with the breath.  Breathing, intensifies your internal organs.

Therefore, the greater the stress, the more you need to release the pressure by relaxing your body, mind, and soul.  Do not fear the future.  There is no future.  What you fear in your heart, is not going to happen while you release your pressure.  Slowly let that pressure out of your body as you exhale.

Know that the future will take care of itself. 

Trust the road.
